Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for our emotion management trading programs under the following circumstances:

  • Within 30 days of enrollment for comprehensive programs
  • Within 14 days of purchase for individual courses or materials
  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • Content significantly differs from what was described at enrollment
  • Cancellation of scheduled programs by Braktronk Vurd

Refund requests must be submitted before completing more than 25% of any program content

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Downloaded materials and resources accessed after 14 days
  • Programs completed beyond the refund eligibility period
  • Third-party software or tools provided as program bonuses
  • Physical materials shipped to your address

Partial refunds may be available for multi-component programs based on unused portions
